    Reason - To define the permission.

  3. The development, hereby permitted, shall be used solely for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house and for no other purpose.

    Reason - To retain planning control over the use of the building hereby approved.

  4. Upon occupation of the development hereby approved, the existing garage shall be retained for only domestic storage purposes incidental to the domestic use of the dwelling and the driveway used for only the parking and turning of vehicles and both retained as such hereafter.

    Reason - In order to prevent the over development of the site and to protect the amenities of the area.
