2. The hereby approved development shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the amended drawings received on 14th November 2003.
   
   Reason - for the avoidance of doubt and in the interest of local residential amenity

3. The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.
   
   Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.
