  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.

    Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.

  3. Notwithstanding the provisions of any Town & Country Planning General Permitted Development Order no additional doors, windows or other openings shall be inserted within the roof or west elevation without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - In the interests of the amenity of the neighbouring property.
