This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.

    Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.

  3. The hereby approved building shall only be used as an amenity block to provide a bathroom, kitchen and sitting room accommodation in association with the occupation of 7 Little Meadows, Evesham Road, Cleeve Prior, and for no other purpose whatsoever, including provision of overnight accommodation.

    Reason - The site occupies a position beyond the defined development boundary for the district, where it is the policy of the Local Planning Authority to strictly control new development. Permission is granted in this case due to the specific personal circumstances of the applicant.

  4. The development hereby approved shall only be occupied as a single hereditament and shall not be occupied by persons other than those resident at 7 Little Meadows, Evesham Road, Cleeve Prior.
