This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The proposal comprises a sizeable detached double car port in the front garden of a property which forms part of a row of detached properties, all of which are set back a similar distance from the road frontage. There are no other car ports or garages in front gardens along this section of Greenhill and it is considered that the proposed car port would be a conspicuous and visually intrusive feature which, in addition, would set an undesirable precedent for other such outbuildings further harming the appearance of the area. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policies GD2 and SUR1A of the Wychavon District Council Revised Second Deposit.
