The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
No development shall take place until samples of the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the prefabricated building hereby permitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason - Details shown on the drawings are not satisfactory.
All existing trees and hedges on site unless otherwise indicated on the approved plan to be removed, shall be retained and shall not be felled, topped or lopped or otherwise removed without the previous written consent of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality.
