This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The mobile home hereby permitted shall be removed and the land restored to its former condition as agreed by the Local Planning Authority no later than 12 months from the date of this permission.
Reason - To enable the Local Planning Authority to control its impact on the environment in accordance with Policies GD2, SR7 and COM8 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)
The occupation of the mobile home shall be limited to a person solely or mainly working, or last working, in the locality in agriculture or in forestry, or a widow or widower of such a person, and to any resident dependants.
Reason - The Council would not be prepared to grant consent for the proposed development, unconnected with the use of adjoining land for agricultural or similar purposes, in accordance with policy COM8 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)
