This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. Before the first occupation of the following dwellings the windows as indicated below shall be fitted with obscured glazing and shall be permanently retained in that condition thereafter.

    Plot 517 - the window at first floor level in the south facing side elevation Plot 521 - the window at first floor level in the south facing side elevation Plot 543 - the window at first floor level in the east facing side elevation

    Reason - To protect the amenities of adjoining/nearby properties from unacceptable overlooking/loss of privacy in accordance with policy GD2 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).

  2. The units proposed on plots numbered 235 and 585 shall not be occupied until details of works to the existing Bungalow on site have been submitted to and approved by the local planning authority. The units on plots numbered 235 and 585 shall not be occupied until the works have been carried out in accordance with the approved plans.

    Reason - To ensure that plots numbered 235 and 585 are not unacceptably overlooked from first floor windows in the Bungalow and to ensure the Bungalow is adapted to fit in with the proposed street scene.

  3. The car ports included as part of the approved development shall only be used for the parking of vehicles of for no other purpose.

    Reason: To help avoid indiscriminate parking on the highway.

  4. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking, re-enacting or modifying that Order), no windows/dormer windows [other than those expressly authorised by this approval] shall be constructed in the roof slope of the following elevations of dwellings hereby approved.

    - the rear (north facing) elevations of units 221, 222, 223; - the rear (north west facing) elevations of units 433 to 436 (inclusive); - the rear (south east facing) elevations of units 439 and 440; - the rear (south east facing) elevations of units 460 and 461; - the rear (south east facing) elevations of units 460 and 461;

    Reason - To protect the amenities of adjoining/nearby properties from unacceptable overlooking/loss of privacy in accordance with policy GD2 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).
