This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The works to which this consent relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three year(s) beginning with the date of the granting of this consent.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Prior to any building works being first commenced, a precise specification of the proposed schedule of repairs and materials shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV13 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).
No development shall take place until the applicant has provided a photographic record of the building(s) affected by the development, in accordance with the guidance provided.
Reason:
To protect the historic environment of the site emphasised by the National Planning Policy Framework section 12, paragraph 141 and Policy ENV10 of the Wychavon Local Plan.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:
