This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 'KV/DW/1, 'KV/DW/2A', 'KV/DW/3', 'KV/DW/4'
Reason - In order to define the permission.
The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the replacement agricultural building hereby permitted shall match, as closely as possible, those used in the existing buildings on site.
Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building, in accordance with saved Policies SUR1 and ECON7 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)
The building shall only be used to store and pack agricultural produce and equipment from the occupiers land and shall not be used for any general storage and distribution uses within Class B8 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes Order) 1987.
Reason - In order to protect the amenities of the area and to comply with Planning Policies which seek to regulate the location of agricultural storage and distribution depots, in accordance with saved Policy ECON7 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)
The works to the wall between the existing and the proposed building shall be carried out during the period between late October and early April of any given year, unless otherwise agreed with the local planning authority.
Reason: To avoid disturbance to protected species in accordance with the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010.
