  1. The chimneys shown on the plans approved under reserved matters approval ref. no. W/13/00183 shall be constructed of brick or from another material but with a brick slip finish that matches the brick used in the main elevation(s) of the associated house and no other material.

    Reason: To ensure the development is of high quality design and is constructed of materials that are appropriate to the area.

  2. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans and documents as listed on the drawing register and issue sheet enclosed with letter from Cad Square dated 16 April 2013 apart from the landscape works shall be carried out in accordance with the information shown on Peter Quinn Associates drawing number 13/374/05 rev B, all as submitted with reserved matters application ref. no. W/13/00183.

    Reason: To define the permission.

  3. This approval must be read in conjunction with outline planning permission ref W/11/02531/OU. and the conditions attached thereto.

    Reason - The outline permission and the approval of reserved matters must be considered together.
