Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Prior to any building works being first commenced, a precise specification of the proposed tiles/slates to be used, a sample of at least four tiles to provide a representative range of the colour and texture of the tile, together with any ridge details and details of methods of lead flashings, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved tiles/slates shall be installed and retained in the building thereafter unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - To ensure the historic and architectural character and appearance of the Conservation Area is properly preserved or enhanced, in accordance with Policy ENV12 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).
