This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The materials shown on the approved plan shall be used and no others substituted without the approval, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority before work on the site commences.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory in accordance with Local Plan Policy SUR1
Notwithstanding the hardstanding details submitted, the works to the proposed hard surface to the south west of the site shall not begin until details of the surfacing proposed have been submitted to, and approved in writing, by the Local Plan Authority. The hard surfacing works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason - To ensure the proposed development does not result in localised flood risk and deals with surface water run-off from the site in a sustainable manner, in accordance with policy ENV19 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (adopted June 2006) and the provisions of the Council's Water Management Supplementary Planning Document (October 2009).
The development hereby approved shall remain associated with the property known as Dudley House, Weston Road, Bretforton and shall not be sold or let as a seperate unit
Reason - To retain planning control and ensure that adequate parking to serve both Dudley House and the coach house is retained at all times in line with Worcesterhsire County Highway standards.
The use shall not take place other than between the hours of: -
[09.00 - 17:30] Mondays to Fridays [09.00 - 17:30] Saturdays [10.00 - 16:00] Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Reason: To protect the amenities of adjoining/nearby properties from unacceptable noise and/or disturbance in accordance with policy GD2 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:
