This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

  2. Prior to the first use/occupation of the development hereby permitted, the details set out in the submitted Water Management Statement shall be fully implemented and remain thereafter. Reason - To ensure that an appropriate sustainable drainage system is provided to serve the development and to reduce the consumption of water. This is in accordance with the SPD on Water Management.

  3. There shall be no storage or burning of manure or bedding within the application site, the building hereby approved or the land outlined in blue on the approved location plan.

    Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality and nearby residential properties.

  4. The building shall be used for agricultural purposes only and for no other purpose, including any business or commercial use.

    Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality.

  5. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:

    A4 BLOCK PLAN A4 ELEVATIONS A4 FLOOR PLAN A4 LOCATION PLAN

    Reason - To define the permission.

  6. All new external work shall be carried out in materials that are stated on the application form.

    Reason - To ensure a satisfactory development which does not prejudice the amenity of the locality.

  7. No external lighting shall be installed on the building hereby permitted without receiving the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - To ensure that residential amenities are maintained.
