This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The A3 restaurant shall only open between the hours of 05:00am and 02:00am Mondays to Thursdays and Sunday, and 24 hours on Fridays and Saturdays. The associated drive-thru shall close at 11:30pm on each day.

    Reason - To protect the amenities of the neighbouring properties, in accordance with saved Policy GD2 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006) and the guidance contained in paragraphs 19 and 28 of the Framework.

  2. All existing trees and hedges on site unless otherwise indicated on the approved plan to be removed, shall be retained and shall not be felled, topped or lopped or otherwise removed without the previous written consent of the local planning authority.

    Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality, in accordance with saved Policy GD2 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)

  3. No floodlights shall be provided on site unless previously agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority following the submission of those details.

  4. There shall be no deliveries or collections made to the site outside of the restaurant opening hours, as specified in Condition 1 of this approval.
