This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. No further windows, glazed doors or roof lights shall be constructed in the northern rear elevation or roof slope of the building as extended other than the approved roof light without the prior written consent of the local planning authority. The approved roof light which is obscured glazed, as confirmed in the supporting information by Mr Bird (dated 4 November 2013) shall be permanently retained in that condition thereafter.

    Reason: To minimise interference with the privacy of the adjoining occupiers in accordance with saved policy GD2 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (2006).

  2. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:
