    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

  2. Prior to any building works being first commenced, a sample of coping and bricks shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason: To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the wall is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV13 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).

  3. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 1501-01, 1501-02, 1501-03, 1501-04

    Reason - To define the permission.
