The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The signage hereby approved shall be hand painted as detailed in the email dated the 08.07.14 and shall not be altered.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory in accordance with saved Local Plan Policy ENV1, ENV12, ENV13 and SUR4
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:
