This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

  2. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: '2013-TUR-153 PL-01' and '2013-TUR-153-PL02'

    Reason - In order to define the permission.

  3. No more than 8 static caravans, as defined in the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 and the Caravan Sites Act 1968 shall be stationed on the site at any time.

    Reason - To ensure that the proposed development does not adversely affect the character and appearance of the surrounding landscape, in accordance with saved Policies GD2 and ENV1 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)

  4. The caravans at the application site shall only be occupied for holiday purposes only. No caravan shall be occupied as a person's sole or main place of residence.

    Reason - To ensure the static caravans are not used as permanent residential dwellings in the open countryside, in accordance with saved Policy ECON20 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)

  5. The site owners/operators shall maintain an up-to-date register of the names of all owners/occupiers of individual caravans on the site, and of their main home addresses, and shall make this information available at all reasonable times to officers of the local planning authority.

    Reason - To ensure the static caravans are not used as permanent residential dwellings in the open countryside, in accordance with saved Policy ECON20 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)

  6. There shall be no external lighting within the application site unless otherwise agreed in writing by the local planning authority.

    Reason - To protect the amenities of adjoining/nearby properties from light intrusion and to ensure the proposed development does not cause unacceptable light pollution and adverse effects on the environment in accordance with saved Policy GD2 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)

  7. All planting and seeding/turfing comprised in the submitted landscape scheme dated January 2014, hereby approved, shall be carried out in the first planting season following the completion or first occupation/use of the development, whichever is the sooner.

    All planting shall be watered as necessary and competitive weed growth controlled to ensure successful establishment.

    Any trees or plants which, within a period of five years from the completion of the planting, die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the local planning authority.

    Reason - To protect and enhance the visual amenities of the area and to ensure the satisfactory development of the site - in accordance with saved Policies GD2 and ENV1 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).

  8. Notwithstanding the information submitted, the caravans hereby approved shall not be occupied until drainage works have been carried out in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority.

    Reason - To ensure a satisfactory means of drainage is available to serve the development, in accordance with saved Policy ENV19 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)
