    Reason - To define the permission.

  2. Prior to the occupation of the units approved on plots 18, 19 and 24 to 30 inclusive lockable gates shall be provided at the entrance of the access footpaths to the rear gardens to serve these units.

    Reason - To help reduce the risk of crime.

  3. Notwithstanding the submitted information, full details on the materials to be used in the construction of the porches on the dwellings hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The porches shall be constructed in accordance with the approved details.

    Reason: To ensure the proposed development represents high quality design and as the information submitted is unclear on whether the porch materials are fully acceptable.
