This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Prior to the first use/occupation of the development hereby permitted, the details set out in the submitted Water Management Statement shall be fully implemented and remain thereafter. Reason - To ensure that an appropriate sustainable drainage system is provided to serve the development and to reduce the consumption of water. This is in accordance with the SPD on Water Management.
The development hereby permitted shall not be brought into use until the parking facilities shown on the approved proposed block plan have been properly laid out and these areas shall thereafter be retained and kept available for those uses at all times.
Reason - In the interests of vehicle and pedestrian safety.
The premises shall not be used except between the hours of :-
6:30 to 21:30 Mondays to Fridays 8:00 to 16:00 Saturdays 9:00 to 14:00 Sundays and Bank Holidays
Reason - To ensure that the proposed development does not prejudice the enjoyment by neighbouring occupiers of their properties.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:
1:1250 - red line location plan 1:500 - proposed block plan FCS/01 - existing plans FCS/02 - proposed plans
