This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The water butts proposed to be provided to the side of the existing conference building (as set out within the applicants document DPP Water Management Statement, dated January 2014) shall be put in place within 3 months from the date of this decision and they shall remain in place thereafter.
Reason -To ensure that the development has rain water recycling methods in place for sustainable drainage purposes in accordance with the adopted Wychavon District Council (SPD) on Water Management.
The facility hereby approved shall only be uses for purposes ancillary to the existing use of the main building being Wood Norton Hall being a C1 (Use ) under the Town and Country Planning Use Classes Order As amended.
Reason - The building although detached is within the grounds and reads along side the existing Wood Norton Hall and therefore any physical segregation could be harmful to the setting of the main building being Wood Norton Hall.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 101 A Block Plan,102 Site Plan, 103 Floor Plan, 104 Proposed Elevations, 105 Existing Elevations, and Eves Details Plan PDF2.
Reason - To define the permission.
The Staff Travel Plan (in accordance with the County Councils Travel Plan Guidelines for Developers) which has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority under the requirements of planning permission ref. no. W/13/00884/PN shall be implemented in full whilst the proposed development is in use.
Reason - To encourage a sustainable means of transport.
The landscaping plan provisions approved under the planning application W/13/00884/PN including the making good of the existing planting shall be carried out within the first available planting season from the substantial completion of the building hereby approved.
Reason - To protect and enhance the visual amenities of the area and to ensure the satisfactory development of the site which has special connection with the historic Hall in which the site sits.
