This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The works to which this consent relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three year(s) beginning with the date of the granting of this consent.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

  2. Prior to any building works being first commenced, a precise specification of the method for covering up the fireplace in the ground floor living room (i.e. that which will become a dispensary) of shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. This should consist of a lightweight and reversible plasterboarding/cladding. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

    Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV13 of the Adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).

  3. Prior to any building works being first commenced, a precise specification of the method for any proposed works relating to structure reinforcement and/or demolition (walls and floors) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. This should be kept to an absolute minimum in order to preserve historic fabric. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

    Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV13 of the Adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).

  4. Notwithstanding the submitted drawings, and prior to any building works being first commenced, a precise specification of the size of the opening between the shop-floor and the proposed dispensary shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. This should consist of just an around 650mm wide door opening, not a large opening as currently proposed. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

    Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV13 of the Adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).

  5. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 003 (Site and Block Plan), 008 (Elevations), 01B (Existing Floor Plans), 02 (Existing Elevations), 03B (Existing Sections), 04F (Proposed Floor Plans), 05E (Proposed Sections)

    Reason - To define the permission.
