Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Prior to any building works being first commenced, a precise specification of the method for covering up the fireplace in the ground floor living room (i.e. that which will become a dispensary) of shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. This should consist of a lightweight and reversible plasterboarding/cladding. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV13 of the Adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).
