The change of use hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The market stalls hereby permitted shall not be set up before 0700 hours and shall be removed by 1830 hours on the day of operation.
Reason - To ensure that the proposed development does not prejudice the enjoyment by neighbouring occupiers of their properties in accordance with Policy GD2 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).
