This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The temporary access hereby approved shall be totally removed (including culvert, surfacing and sub-surfacing) and the land returned to open space (or public open space as approved under planning permission ref. no. W/10/00295) within one month of the roundabout on Offenham Road as approved under planning permission ref. no. W/10/00295 (or any subsequent planning permission that amend that permission) has been completed and is ready for use as access to the housing scheme approved under permission ref. no. W/10/00295.
Reason - In the interests of highway safety and to ensure the proposal does not harm the character/appearance of the area.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:

Reason - To define the permission.
Within two weeks of the date of this permission visibility splays shall be provided from a point 0.6m above ground level at the centre of the temporary access to the application site and 4.5 metres back from the nearside edge of the adjoining carriageway, (measured perpendicularly), for a distance of 160 metres in each direction along the nearside edge of the adjoining carriageway. Nothing shall be planted, erected and or allowed to grow on the triangular area of land so formed which would obstruct the visibility described above and these areas shall thereafter be retained and kept available for visibility purposes at all times.
Reason - In the interests of highway safety.
Within two weeks of the date of this permission the road signage and road markings as indicated in principle on the deposited plan drawing number 0091-0-304 Revision B shall be completed in accordance with the approved details to the satisfaction of the Highway Authority
Reason - To ensure the safe flow of traffic on the highway.
