Before any of the reserved matters hereby approved are commenced, details of a bin store to serve plot 26 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The bin store shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with the approved details as part of the development.
Reason - To provide a means of screening bins at the front of the site in order to ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.
Before any of the reserved matters hereby approved are commenced, details of additional window openings in the side (west) elevation of plot 8 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The property shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with the approved details as part of the development.
Reason - To avoid the creation of a blank two-storey gable end close to the site boundary in order to ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.

The private driveway shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with the approved details as part of the development.
