The works to which this consent relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three year(s) beginning with the date of the granting of this consent.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Prior to any building works being first commenced, samples of the natural stone shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. All pointing shall be in lime putty bagged flush with the face of the stone.
Reason: To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV13 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).
Notwithstanding the submitted cross sectional drawing of the proposed windows, the replacement windows will be single-glazed and the horizontal glazing bars will be either metal or lead and will not be of the 'stick-on' variety.
Reason: To ensure that the historic character of the listed building is preserved.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: location plan, Upper floor front window design, Bathroom window design, Internal kitchen plan, proposed rear elevation, proposed first floor plan, existing rear elevation, existing front elevation, proposed second floor plan, proposed front elevation, proposed ground floor plan
