This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Notwithstanding the cross-sectional drawings shown on plan numbered 41113, slim line double glazed units shall be used on the two windows on the eastern elevation, as confirmed within the e-mail dated 30 January 2014 from Mr Mike Plumb.
Reason - To ensure the development is sympathetic to the character of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV13 of the Wychavon District Local Plan.
Unless where required by other conditions attached to this consent, the development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:
