Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Notwithstanding the details submitted and prior to any building works being first commenced, detailed drawings of the proposed window(s) showing design, sections through glazing bars and/or mullions, method of opening, finish and depth of external reveal, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV13 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).
