The works to which this consent relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three year(s) beginning with the date of the granting of this consent.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The works hereby approved shall be carried out in strict accordance with the details within the submitted Schedule of Repairs by Caroe & Partners Architects, dated 18 November 2013. On completion a brief letter of confirmation shall be submitted to the local planning authority for approval.
Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV13 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).
Demolition, clearance or construction work in connection with the detached tractor shed building hereby approved shall only take place between the hours of 08.00 and 18.00hrs Monday to Friday and 08.00 and 13.00hrs on a Saturday. There shall be no demolition, clearance or construction work or deliveries to and from the site on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Reason - To preserve the amenities of the residential property to the north of the site, Doverdale Manor Farm.
The works hereby approved shall be carried out in strict accordance with the precautionary measures described on page 9 of the Ecology Survey by Dr Michael Worsfold and Eileen Bowen dated September 2013. On completion a brief letter of confirmation shall be submitted to the local planning authority for approval.
Reason - To prevent harm to protected bat species in accordance with the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010 and the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.
Prior to any building works being first commenced, a precise specification of the proposed tiles/slates to be used, a sample of at least four tiles to provide a representative range of the colour and texture of the tile, together with any ridge details and details of methods of lead flashings, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. All works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
