This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The works to which this consent relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three year(s) beginning with the date of the granting of this consent.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

  2. The works, hereby permitted, shall be carried out in accordance with the Outline Schedule of Works as detailed on the approved plan 1604-02A unless otherwise approved in writing by the local planning authority before works to the listed building commences.

    Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV13 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).

  3. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:
