This approval must be read in conjunction with outline planning permission ref W/12/02396/OU and the conditions attached thereto.
Reason - The outline permission and the approval of reserved matters must be considered together.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: '1370/001A'; '1370/002a'; '1370/003'
Reason - In order to define the permission.
Demolition, clearance or construction work and deliveries to and from the site in connection with the development hereby approved shall only take place between the hours of 08.00 and 18.00hrs Monday to Friday and 08.00 and 13.00hrs on a Saturday. There shall be no demolition, clearance or construction work or deliveries to and from the site on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality, in accordance with saved Policy GD2 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).
The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied until the access, turning area and parking facilities shown on the approved plans have been properly consolidated, surfaced, drained and otherwise constructed in accordance with details as set out on the approved drawing 1370/002a and these areas shall thereafter be retained and kept available for those uses at all times.
Reason - In the interests of highway safety and to ensure the free flow of traffic using the adjoining highway, in accordance with saved Policy GD2 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)
Prior to the first use/occupation of the development hereby permitted, the details set out in the Water Management Statement submitted with outline application W/12/02396/OU, received on 5 February 2013, shall be fully implemented and remain thereafter. Reason - To ensure that an appropriate sustainable drainage system is provided to serve the development and to reduce the consumption of water. This is in accordance with the SPD on Water Management.
The sandstone wall shall be reinstated as shown on drawing no. '1370/002a' using the sandstone blocks taken from the original sandstone wall on the site, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the local planning authority, prior to the first occupation of the development hereby permitted. The exact height of the reinstated sandstone wall shall be agreed in writing with the local planning authority prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted.
Reason - In order to ensure the reinstatement of the sandstone wall in suitable materials to reflect the character and appearance of the existing sandstone wall in the locality, in accordance with saved Policies GD2 and ENV11 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)
