This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The mobile home hereby permitted shall be removed from site and the land restored to it's former condition and use no later than five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - This permission is only granted for a limited period, as the change of use of land and siting of mobile home to provide annexe residential accommodation is not considered a suitable permanent solution, in accordance with saved Policies GD2 and SUR7 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).

  2. The mobile home hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as 'Little Parham Farm', Bredicot.

    Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality, and to ensure the mobile home remains ancillary to the main residence, in accordance with saved Policies GD2 and SUR7 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).

  3. Prior to the first use/occupation of the development hereby permitted, the details set out in the submitted Water Management Statement shall be fully implemented and remain thereafter. Reason - To ensure that an appropriate sustainable drainage system is provided to serve the development and to reduce the consumption of water. This is in accordance with the SPD on Water Management.
