The development hereby permitted relates the following approved plans: 'KNI-001 001'; 'KNI-001 002'; 'KNI-001 003'; 'KNI-001 004'.
Reason - In order to define the permission.
The conversion of the outbuilding hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as 'The Nook', Tyrells Lane.
Reason - To ensure the development remains ancillary to the function of the main house, in accordance with saved Policy SUR7 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)
A bat box, such as a Schwegler 1FF or similar, shall be installed away from direct lighting near the apex of the south-east facing elevation of the converted outbuilding within 6 months of a decision being issued, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the local planning authority.
Reason - To make appropriate habitat provision for protected species in accordance with paragraphs 109 and 118 of the Framework.
