This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The works to which this consent relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three year(s) beginning with the date of the granting of this consent.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

  2. Prior to any building works being first commenced, a precise specification of the proposed tiles/slates to be used, a sample of at least four tiles to provide a representative range of the colour and texture of the tile, together with any ridge details and details of methods of lead flashings, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

    Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV13 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan.

  3. Notwithstanding the indication in the application form that there could be new windows in UPVc, only timber frame windows are hereby approved. Prior to any building works being first commenced, detailed drawings of the proposed window(s) showing design, sections through glazing bars and/or mullions, method of opening, finish and depth of external reveal, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

    Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV13 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).

  4. Unless where required under the provisions of any other condition attached to this consent, the works hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 4780 -001, 002 A and 003.
