The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 'P-01' and 'P-02'

Prior to the first use/occupation of the development hereby permitted, the details set out in the submitted Water Management Statement shall be fully implemented and remain thereafter. The first floor windows in the side and rear elevation of the first floor extension hereby approved, that serve a bedroom and en-suite respectively, shall be obscure glazed, and non-opening unless the parts of the window that can be opened are more than 1.7m above the finished floor level of the room in which they serve.
Reason - To protect the amenities of adjoining properties from unacceptable overlooking/loss of privacy in accordance with policy GD2 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).
