This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:

and the ground mounting system for solar arrays specification by SolarWorld submitted with application W/13/01790/CU.
Reason - In order to define the permission.
The materials shown on the approved plans and as described in the submitted application form shall be used in the development hereby permitted.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory, in accordance with saved Policies ENV14 and SUR1 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)
Prior to the first use/occupation of the development hereby permitted, the details set out in the submitted Water Management Statement shall be fully implemented and remain thereafter. Reason - To ensure that an appropriate sustainable drainage system is provided to serve the development and to reduce the consumption of water. This is in accordance with the SPD on Water Management.
The development hereby permitted shall not be commenced until an appropriate bat license has been granted by Natural England under the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010 and a copy of the license and mitigation strategy has been submitted to the local planning authority. This shall be based on the "Proposed Mitigation and Compensation" outlined in the bat survey report by Flanagan Ecology dated September 2013 and the section drawing no.'s '2013-14-06 B'; '2013-14-08'; and '2013-14-09'. The works shall thereafter be carried out in strict accordance with the submitted and agreed mitigation strategy.
Reason - To ensure compliance with the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010 and paragraphs 109 and 118 of the Framework.
No development shall take place until the applicant has provided a photographic record of the building affected by the development, in accordance with the guidance provided by Worcestershire Archive and Archaeology Service.
Reason - To ensure suitable recording of the culturally significant remains, in accordance with paragraph 141 of the Framework.
