Within 3 months of the date of this decision, a minimum of two bat roosting features, one high up under the eaves of the south-east facing elevation and one on the south-west facing gable end shall be installed on the property. The exact type and location of the features shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the local planning authority. Thereafter, the installed features shall be kept in place in perpetuity.

    Reason - To ensure appropriate mitigation and habitat provision is made as part of the development in accordance with paragraph 118 of the NPPF.
