This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: '478-001A'; and '478-002'.
Reason - In order to define the permission.
The premises shall be used for an equestrian facility and for no other purpose, including any other purpose in Class D2 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, or in any provision equivalent to that Class in any statutory instrument revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification.
Reason - In order to define the permission, and to preserve the amenities of the locality, in accordance with saved Policies GD2 and SR7 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)
The equestrian facilities hereby permitted shall only operate between the hours of 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Sunday.
Reason - In order to preserve the amenities of neighbouring properties, in accordance with saved Policies GD2 and ECON2 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)
The parking facilities as shown on approved drawing no. '478-002' shall only be used in association with the equestrian facilities hereby approved, and only when such facilities are in operation. There shall be no parking of vehicles on this site unassociated with the approved equestrian facility, and no outside storage of any equipment or materials associated with the equestrian facility hereby approved.
Reason - To preserve the openness of the Green Belt, in accordance with saved Policy SR7 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)
