This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

  2. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: '1684-Location Plan'; '1684-P-01'; '1684-P-02'; '1684-P-03'; '1684-P-04'; '1684-P-05'; '1684-P-06'; '1684-P-07'

    Reason - In order to define the permission and to ensure the development is visually satisfactory, in accordance with saved Policies SUR1 and SUR6 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).

  3. Prior to the first use/occupation of the development hereby permitted, the details set out in the submitted Water Management Statement shall be fully implemented and remain thereafter. Reason - To ensure that an appropriate sustainable drainage system is provided to serve the development and to reduce the consumption of water. This is in accordance with the SPD on Water Management.

  4. The single storey annexe extension hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as 'Spindlewood', Stock Green.

    Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality and to ensure the development remains ancillary to the main dwelling and not form a separate residence, in accordance with saved Policies GD2 and SUR7 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)
