This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

  2. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:

    Drawing No. - 05.36.03.01; 05.36.03.11; 05.36.03.12; 05.36.03.13.

    Reason - To define the permission.

  3. The rainwater outlets hereby approved shall be painted the same colour as the existing downpipes and be retained thereafter.

    Reason: To ensure that the proposal does not have an adverse impact upon the special architectural interest of the Grade II* listed church. This is in accordance with Saved Local Plan Policy ENV13.
