The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.

The material and joinery detail to be used in the construction of the two front elevation sash windows hereby approved and additional stone work required shall match those used in the existing building.
Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building in accordance with saved Local Plan Policy ENV12 and SUR1
Prior to the commencement of development hereby permited, details of the form, finish and materials of the 2No. roof lights shall be submited to, and agreed in writing by, the Local Planning Authority. The rooflights inserted shall be in accordance with approved details.

For the avoidance of doubt the stone cill detail shown on the proposed detail plan received the 7.4.14 is the approved detail and not the single cill detail shown on the existing and proposed elevation received 7.4.14.
