The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, as amended, nothing in Article 3 and Schedule 2 to that order shall operate so as to permit any development specified in Part 1, Class E, F and G of the said schedule and no such development shall be carried out at any time without an express grant of planning permission under Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
