  3. The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension and alterations hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.

    Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building, in accordance with saved Policies SUR1 and SUR6 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)
