Notwithstanding the approved plans and information provided with the application, details of the form, colour and finish of the materials to be used externally on the walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work on the site commences.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory and as the information provided fails to demonstrate that the proposed materials are appropriate to the character/appearance of the area.
The side windows to the first floor north and south gable elevations shall be obscure glazed / obscure glazed with top light positioned above 1.7 metres above finished floor level opening only as shown on the submitted plans and shall remain so at all times.
