This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Prior to any building works being first commenced, detailed drawings (at a scale of not less than 1:20) of the proposed dormer window(s) showing design, construction, dimensions, all external finishes, sections through glazing bars and/or mullions, and method of opening, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The dormer window(s) so approved shall be implemented and retained in the development.
Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV13 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).
Prior to any building works being first commenced, details of the balcony railings and external stair case to be positioned on the rear elevation of the building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The railings and staircase so approved shall be incorporated and retained in the development.
Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV13 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).
Surface water run-off from the proposed development shall be disposed of as described in the submitted Water Management Statement unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - To ensure that surface water run-off is dealt with in an appropriate and sustainable manner.
