The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plan: Land Registry OS Plan dated 22/4/13.
Reason - To define the permission.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (as amended) or any order revoking or modifying this order, no building or fence shall be erected on the application site without the prior consent in writing from the local planning authority.
Reason - In the interests of the visual amenities of the rural locality.
