This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.

  2. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plan: Land Registry OS Plan dated 22/4/13.

    Reason - To define the permission.

  3. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (as amended) or any order revoking or modifying this order, no building or fence shall be erected on the application site without the prior consent in writing from the local planning authority.

    Reason - In the interests of the visual amenities of the rural locality.
