This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

  2. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: '8392-01 B'; '8392-02 B'; '8392-05'; '8392-10 A'

    Reason - In order to define the permission.

  3. The materials shown on the approved plan and as described in the submitted application form, with brickwork to match as closely as possible those used in the existing building, shall be used in the construction of the first floor annexe extension hereby permitted.

    Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory, in accordance with saved Policies SUR1 and SUR6 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)

  4. The first floor annexe extension hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as 'Hill House', Bevere.

    Reason - To ensure that the proposed development remains as ancillary accommodation and does not form a separate residence, in accordance with saved Policy SUR7 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)
