This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

  2. Prior to any building works being first commenced, a precise specification of the proposed schedule of works, specifying the detail and extent of the proposed intervention (e.g. works to existing walls, details of the materials of the proposed partitioning in the media room, joinery details of the proposed door between the living room and 'media room', and details of the size of the opening between the chapel and the living room) (including the rationale and justification from the significance perspective) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV13 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).

  3. The recording studio and control room hereby approved shall only be used between the hours of 09.00 and 21.00.

    Reason - To ensure that the proposed development does not prejudice the enjoyment by neighbouring occupiers of their properties, in accordance with saved policy GD2 of the Wychavon District Local Plan.

  4. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:

    06A, 02, 03, 05, 04, 07OR, 01

    Reason - To define the permission.

  5. Notwithstanding the details shown on drawing number 03, prior to any building works being first commenced, detailed drawings of the proposed annexe window(s) showing design, sections through glazing bars and/or mullions, method of opening, finish and depth of external reveal, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.The submitted details should illustrate the provision of single pane windows on the south elevation, rather than multi-pane windows as shown on submitted drawing number 03.

    Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV13 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).

  6. No development shall take place until the applicant has provided a photographic record of the building(s) affected by the development, in accordance with the guidance provided, and submitted to the County Historic Environment Record

    Reason: To protect archaeological interest on the site.
