The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The materials shown on the approved plans and detailed within the application forms shall be used and no others substituted without the approval, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority before work on the site commences.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory in accordance with saved Local Plan Policy ENV12, ENV13, SUR1 and SUR6
Prior to any building works being first commenced, detailed drawings of the proposed door(s) showing design, sections, method of opening, finish and depth of external reveal, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV13 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).
Prior to any building works being first commenced, detailed drawings of the proposed window(s) showing design, sections through glazing bars and/or mullions, method of opening, finish and depth of external reveal, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Prior to any re tiling works being first commenced, a precise specification of any proposed replacement tiles to be used, a sample of at least four tiles to provide a representative range of the colour and texture of the tile, together with any ridge details and details of methods of lead flashings, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV13 and ensure the historic and architectural character and appearance of the conservation area is properly preserved or enhanced, in accordance with Policy ENV12 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in strict accordance with the recommendations in respect of mitigation, enhancement and monitoring contained in the Bat Survey report by Countryside Consultants Ltd, dated 6 December 2013. On completion of these works a brief confirmation letter shall be submitted to the local planning authority for information.
Reason - to ensure protected species are not harmed by the development and an offence under the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010 and the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (as amended) is avoided.
